Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 cups 4 cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
2 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup 1 ranch dressing
1 cup 1 hot sauce
1 cup 1 shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup 1 shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup 1/2 crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving
Directions
- Combine the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup cheddar, 3/4 cup Monterey jack, cream cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, ranch dressing and hot sauce in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours until the mixture is hot and the cheese has melted. Give the dip a good stir.
- Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the top is fully melted.
- Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks or carrot sticks for dipping.
