Ingredients
1 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup 1/2 sour cream
1/4 cup 1/4 mayonnaise
3/4 cup 3/4 grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup 3/4 grated mozzarella cheese
1 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
4 4 garlic cloves, minced
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or your favorite crackers.
