This delectable spinach and artichoke dip boasts a creamy texture and a delightful burst of flavor, making it an ideal appetizer for a variety of occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sour cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 mayonnaise

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 4 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Fold in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped artichoke hearts and spinach.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or your favorite crackers.
